Chicken Mughlai : Curry

  • Preparation
    • Marinate 750 gm Chicken pieces with
      • 1 tbsp Chilli powder
      • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
      • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
      • 2 Eggs
    • Keep for 1 hour
  • Cooking
    • Step 1
      • Heat 4tbsp oil
      • Add Cumin Seeds and fry 4 chopped onions till crisp
      • Add 3 chopped green chilli‚Äôs
      • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
      • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
      • 3 tbsp Chicken Masala
      • Fry For 1 min
    • Step 2
      • Add marinated chicken and 4 chopped tomatoes
      • Add 1tbsp ghee
      • Cook for 10 mins
