Pre-Preparation

  • Boil 250gm Potatoes(Aloo) in a Pressure Cooker , 4 whistles

  • Peel the skin & mash Potatoes to a smooth pulp

  • Chop 1 medium size Onion to small pieces

  • Chop 1 green chilli stick to small pieces

  • Mix 500gm of Atta with 1/2 table- spoon Salt, 2 tablespoon oil + required water , Mix thoroughly. Keep the dough in refrigerator for 30 mins
